Palestinian resistance factions:

▪ We are following with deep concern and strong condemnation the escalation of family disputes, and what accompanied some of them of gunfire, assaults, and terrorizing citizens, and the falling of casualties. We strongly condemn these practices that threaten the security of our people and the safety of its society and represent a dangerous تجاوز of the law, the law, and national norms.

▪ Using weapons in internal disputes and attacking our people, the sons of our people, and their property, and taking the law into one’s own hands are rejected and condemned acts that must be stopped and their perpetrators held accountable, and they cannot be justified under any family, tribal, or social title. Their continuation also threatens civil peace and drains our internal front in an extremely dangerous circumstance.

▪ We unequivocally condemn and reject all forms of family fighting, gunfire, assault, terrorizing, and incitement and call for their immediate cessation. We also affirm our rejection of using weapons to settle disputes or impose one’s will on citizens.

▪ We call on the competent authorities to hasten, without any delay or procrastination, the implementation of all final judicial rulings issued in accordance with legal procedures, including death sentences issued by the competent judiciary, and to enforce them with full firmness and without favoritism or exception, in affirmation of the judiciary’s stature and the rule of law.

▪ We announce our full support for the Ministry of Interior and the Palestinian police in the Gaza Strip, and we affirm the necessity of them fully carrying out their duties in protecting citizens, maintaining order, and enforcing the law.

▪ We call on families, tribes, notables, and reconciliation committees to assume their responsibilities immediately and work to stop disputes, prevent their escalation, and fully cooperate with the competent authorities.

▪ We affirm that tribal reconciliation supports the law and does not replace it, and that it may not be used to obstruct justice or protect aggressors.

▪ We warn against rumors, incitement, and stoking tensions, and reject any attempt to inflame strife or threaten civil peace.

▪ We call on the sons of our people to refuse being drawn into chaos, to resort to the law, and to preserve the unity and cohesion of society.

▪ The law is above all and there is no impunity, and safeguarding the security of our people and their unity is a national responsibility that does not tolerate negligence.
