Hamas official Mahmoud Mardawi:

▪ The continued killing crimes committed by terrorist settlers and fascist occupation forces against the Palestinian people in the West Bank are an extension of the genocidal war committed by the criminal Netanyahu government in the Gaza Strip before the hearing and sight of the world, which has not put an end to the occupation’s fascism and bloodshed.

▪ We mourn the young martyr Omar Muhammad Tubasi (20 years old), who was killed after being hit by settlers’ bullets during their attack, under the protection of the occupation army, on the town of Hajja, east of Qalqiliya, and we affirm that the escalating Israeli terrorism through systematic killing will be broken on the rock of our people’s resistance, steadfastness, and determination to remain on their land and not leave it to the scum of the earth.

▪ We call on all components of our proud Palestinian people and their national forces to seriously stand before what the Palestinian cause is being subjected to in terms of liquidation operations, land seizure, and the killing of our people in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, and to work behind a unified plan to protect the land, people, and holy sites from the expansion of the occupation and its settlers.

▪ We affirm that the world’s silence and that of its institutions in the face of this widespread Zionist terrorism, backed by Netanyahu’s government and its criminal ministers, is direct complicity with the occupation’s crimes and disregard for the Palestinian people’s right to freedom and to remain on their land.
