Palestinian Al-Ahrar Movement: We condemn the statements of the so-called Peace Council in Gaza regarding disarming the Strip and considering Israeli occupation security as the basis for peace.
Palestinian Al-Ahrar Movement: ▪We condemn the statements of the so-called Peace Council in Gaza regarding disarming the Strip and considering Israeli occupation security as the basis for peace. ▪We affirm that these proposals clearly side with the occupation narrative and ignore the root of the conflict, represented by the occupation, aggression, siege, and displacement. ▪Reducing what our people in the Gaza Strip have been subjected to over the past three years to the issue of weapons is a distortion of facts and an exoneration of the occupation from its crimes, as if thousands of martyrs (killed), wounded, missing, destruction, and displacement were the result of the presence of weapons, not the result of the occupation’s war and its ongoing aggression. ▪We affirm that true security and peace are not built on protecting the occupation’s security and stripping the Palestinian people of their right to defend their land, but rather by ending the occupation, stopping its crimes, holding those responsible accountable, and guaranteeing the rights of our people, their freedom, and self-determination. ▪We reject any attempt to turn Gaza into a source of threat to "Israel" while ignoring the real danger represented by the occupation and its aggressive policies. ▪We warn against turning the so-called Peace Council into a tool to impose guardianship over the Gaza Strip or to reshape the scene in a way that serves the occupation’s interests.
Hamas: We confirm that the occupation's repeated claims regarding hospitals, including its claim that armed men exited Kamal Adwan Hospital, are false allegations with no basis in truth.
Hamas: ▪We confirm that the occupation's repeated claims regarding hospitals, including its claim that armed men exited Kamal Adwan Hospital, are false allegations with no basis in truth. ▪These claims come as an extension of previous propaganda promoted by the occupation regarding the presence of headquarters for the movement inside hospitals it had previously occupied, before the falsehood of those claims was exposed, while international institutions are currently operating within the scope of those hospitals. ▪These claims fall within the framework of a systematic and ongoing Zionist campaign of incitement and disinformation, used to justify targeting hospitals and civilian facilities and taken as a pretext to continue the aggression.
