Central Leadership of the Palestinian Forces Alliance:

▪ We condemn in the strongest terms the ongoing Zionist aggression against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, along with the killings, assassinations, targeting of civilians, destruction of homes and facilities, and the imposition of siege and starvation, despite the commitment of Palestinian resistance factions to the ceasefire agreement announced in Sharm el-Sheikh in October/October 2025 under the patronage of U.S. President Donald Trump and the guarantee of the mediators in Egypt, Qatar and Turkey. It holds the occupation responsible for violating the agreement and undermining the chances of consolidating the ceasefire and ending the suffering of our people.

▪ We also condemn the daily Zionist attacks against our people and our land in the occupied West Bank, especially the crimes and attacks of the terrorist settler mobs backed by the occupation army, the seizure of land and property, the demolition of homes, and the imposition of settlement realities as part of a dangerous plan aimed at displacing our Palestinian people from their land and property and annexing the occupied West Bank to the Zionist entity. It affirms that these crimes will not undermine our people's steadfastness and adherence to their land and national rights.

▪ We warn of the danger of the continued attacks and violations against the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and strongly condemn the mass incursions carried out by the settler mobs under the protection of the occupation army and police, along with attempts to impose a new fait accompli on the mosque and divide it temporally and spatially in preparation for imposing full control over it and Judaizing it.

▪ We affirm that the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, with all its courtyards and prayer areas, is the exclusive right of Muslims, and that any violation of it or change to its historical and legal status constitutes an aggression against the entire Arab and Islamic nation.

▪ We condemn in the strongest terms the ongoing Zionist attacks and assaults against the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees "UNRWA" and its institutions and facilities, especially in occupied Jerusalem, the camps of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, and the targeting, destruction and systematic assaults its facilities and staff are subjected to.

▪ We affirm that these attacks come within the context of a comprehensive Zionist plan aimed at ending the role of "UNRWA" and liquidating the Palestinian refugee issue and erasing their right of return.

▪ The agency "UNRWA" is not merely an agency for providing humanitarian services, but rather represents a living international witness to the Palestinian refugee issue and the responsibility of the international community for their suffering, and that ending UNRWA or emptying it of its substance does not eliminate the refugee issue nor does it abolish their right of return, which will remain a fixed right not subject to disposition or waiver.

▪ We discussed the Palestinian elections file in all its political, legal and national aspects and affirmed the right of our Palestinian people to elect their representatives in all our national institutions, foremost among them the Legislative Council, the presidency of the Authority and the National Council, freely, with integrity, transparency and democracy, in a way that guarantees the participation of all forces, factions and national figures without exclusion or marginalization.

▪ We reject exclusion, unilateralism, monopolizing popular representation and imposing conditions and restrictions on the factions of resistance and Palestinian political forces, just as we reject using elections to reproduce division or entrench political hegemony.

▪ We will support the formation of the broadest Palestinian national alliance to participate in the upcoming electoral entitlements, including the legislative elections and the National Council, on the basis of a unifying national program and genuine partnership, in a way that ensures the representation of various forces, currents and national figures and does not allow the exclusion of any Palestinian component, foremost among them the resistance forces.

▪ We affirm that elections are a means to renew legitimacy, unify institutions and strengthen national partnership, not a means of exclusion, imposing a fait accompli, or reproducing unilateralism.

▪ We have decided to form follow-up committees in the external arenas to defend our people's right to elect their representatives in the Palestinian National Council.

▪ We affirm our adherence to all the ثابتة and legitimate national rights of the Palestinian people, foremost among them their right to self-determination, the establishment of their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital, and the right of return for Palestinian refugees to their homes from which they were displaced, and the rejection of all projects of resettlement, displacement, annexation and liquidation, and not to relinquish any of our national constants.

▪ We call on the Arab and Islamic countries and the international community, especially the mediators and the parties sponsoring the ceasefire agreement, to shoulder their political, legal and humanitarian responsibilities and to exert serious pressure on the occupation government to stop its aggression and crimes and to oblige it to respect the signed agreements and understandings and to stop settlement, displacement and the assault on Islamic and Christian holy sites.
