Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine:

▪ We mourn the martyrs of the collapse of the "al-Saada" building on al-Sinaa Street west of Gaza City, which resulted in the martyrdom of 11 citizens as a preliminary toll, including five children, and the injury of dozens of citizens, while around one hundred remain missing under the rubble, in addition to the martyrdom of a number of resistance leaders who were killed in cowardly Zionist assassination crimes in recent hours.

▪ We hold full responsibility for this crime, and we also hold the so-called "Council of Peace" and the international community responsible for providing political cover for the استمرار of the occupation's crimes and for covering up its ongoing aggression, as a result of the inability to stop the crimes and protect civilians, which contributed to the continuation and worsening of the humanitarian catastrophe.

▪ The collapse of the building came as a result of it being previously targeted and left on the verge of collapse, amid the displacement of the displaced into shelter in destroyed buildings threatened with collapse, and the absence of safe shelter places.

▪ We warn against Netanyahu's exploitation of the war and Palestinian blood in his internal calculations, and against any escalation or new expansion in the Gaza Strip, and call for the immediate start of implementing the humanitarian protocol and the entry of restoration equipment, rubble removal, infrastructure maintenance, and temporary homes (caravans) without any delay, because what is happening is an effort to perpetuate multiple forms of death to be the only fate awaiting the people of Gaza as a result of the measures and aggression of the occupation government, which places on its agenda nothing but genocide and ethnic cleansing against Palestinians.

▪ We demand an end to the aggression, the lifting of the siege, and the entry of rescue equipment and fuel, especially with the approach of winter, which threatens to worsen the humanitarian catastrophe, and also call for international action to prosecute the occupation leaders, impose sanctions and ban arms supply, and urge the mediators to intervene and pressure to stop this ongoing massacre, and to save civilians trapped inside or between destroyed or collapsing buildings.
