▪70.1% of the deaths were caused by direct targeting by the occupation.
▪Heart disease came second at 7.7%.
▪Males accounted for 73.4% of total deaths compared with 26.6% for females.
▪Gaza Governorate recorded the highest percentage of deaths at 37.3%.
▪Deaths of children under 5 rose to 33.4 per 1,000 live births.
