Islamic Resistance Movement - Hamas: The criminal Israeli occupation army continues its targeting of unarmed civilians in residential neighborhoods and displacement tents
Islamic Resistance Movement - Hamas: ▪The criminal Israeli occupation army continues its targeting of unarmed civilians in residential neighborhoods and displacement tents, and with it the daily fall of martyrs (killed) and the wounded, especially children, in a blatant and repeated violation of the ceasefire agreement and disregard for the efforts of the mediators and sponsoring countries. This escalation reveals the insistence of Netanyahu’s government, the government of the war criminal, on continuing its aggression and keeping our people under the weight of killing and danger. ▪This is accompanied by the tightening of the blockade and the prevention of the entry of essential materials, which exacerbates the humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip. It also increases, amid the growing needs, the suffering of displaced families and threatens to deepen food insecurity. ▪These crimes and their humanitarian consequences place the mediators and guarantor states before their political and humanitarian responsibilities; therefore, we call on them to move seriously to oblige the occupation to stop its aggression and respect the ceasefire agreement, ensure the entry of aid and essential materials without restrictions, and work to break the blockade imposed on our people. ▪We call on the United Nations and international humanitarian institutions to continue and intensify their response to the needs of our people in Gaza, not to yield to the pressures and policies of the occupation, and to act urgently to address the catastrophic consequences of the war.
