▪We reject the false accusations and allegations made by Jibril Rajoub against brother mujahid Khaled Mashal, claiming that the Palestinian resistance operations in 1996 were directed at toppling the Shimon Peres government and supporting the Zionist right.
▪These claims are baseless and contradict the requirements of national responsibility and the atmosphere of Palestinian dialogue.
▪We regret that they were made at this sensitive time, and we affirm that repeating them does not align with efforts aimed at consensus, comprehensive national dialogue, and organizing the Palestinian house.
▪We call for stopping inflammatory statements, focusing on what serves the aspirations of our people and our common struggle, and respecting the history of its struggle, its sacrifices, and the status of its leaders and martyrs (killed) who were martyred in defense of their homeland, بعيدًا from factional calculations or occupation elections.
