Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine: We affirm that the simultaneous broad Zionist aggression on the city of Hebron for the third consecutive day, accompanied by a siege, destruction of homes, and the forced displacement of hundreds of families, together with the escalation of shelling, the continued killing, and the policies of starvation and thirst in the Gaza Strip, comes within the framework of ongoing colonial plans to perpetuate the war of extermination and destroy the foundations of life for our people, and to expand it to include the cities of the occupied West Bank, so that in Hebron begins what it inflicted on the governorates of Jenin and Tulkarm in terms of destruction and displacement.
Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine: ▪We affirm that the simultaneous broad Zionist aggression on the city of Hebron for the third consecutive day, accompanied by a siege, destruction of homes, and the forced displacement of hundreds of families, together with the escalation of shelling, the continued killing, and the policies of starvation and thirst in the Gaza Strip, comes within the framework of ongoing colonial plans to perpetuate the war of extermination and destroy the foundations of life for our people, and to expand it to include the cities of the occupied West Bank, so that in Hebron begins what it inflicted on the governorates of Jenin and Tulkarm in terms of destruction and displacement. ▪The occupation’s continued engineering of famine in Gaza through obstructing aid, the shortage of food and fuel, and targeting water sources, in parallel with the escalation of military operations and crimes against the cities of the West Bank and the use of siege, intimidation, and expulsion of residents in Hebron to uproot our people and impose the displacement of residents, the seizure of land, and the liquidation of existence as colonial facts by force, constitutes a war crime and organized state terrorism and reveals an intentional violation of Palestinian blood in a race of electoral outbidding two days before the occupation’s elections. ▪We hold the United States administration responsible for the continuation of these crimes because of its support for and political cover for the occupation. ▪We hold the international community responsible for complicity, silence, and failure to stop them and hold their perpetrators accountable. ▪We call for intensifying popular and international pressure to stop the aggression, lift the siege on Gaza, Hebron, and all West Bank cities, return the displaced to their homes, and unify all national and popular efforts in confronting the occupation’s crimes and the plans of uprooting, displacement, and starvation.
