Al-Ahrar Palestinian Movement: ▪ On the occasion of Palestinian Women’s National Day, the movement affirms that Palestinian women will remain an authentic partner in the march of national struggle, given the sacrifices they have made and the responsibilities they have borne in confronting the occupation and the repercussions of the war of genocide and ethnic cleansing, and the killing, destruction, displacement, and escalating humanitarian suffering it has left behind, especially in the Gaza Strip. ▪ We salute Palestinian women in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, Jerusalem, and the diaspora, and we especially salute Palestinian women prisoners who face the harshness of detention and abuses in the occupation’s prisons, the women steadfast in Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque, the wounded women who await their right to treatment, and the women who lost limbs as a result of the aggression and face physical, psychological, and social challenges, which requires the provision of health care, rehabilitation, and prosthetics alongside integration and empowerment programs. ▪ Justice for Palestinian women is not achieved by words and slogans alone, but by guaranteeing their rights, protecting them, meeting their humanitarian and social needs, strengthening their political and economic participation, and empowering them to contribute effectively to decision-making away from marginalization and exclusion, in a way that preserves their dignity and enhances their role in building society and its institutions. ▪ We call on international, human rights, and humanitarian institutions to assume their responsibilities toward Palestinian women, work to protect female prisoners, ensure that wounded women reach treatment, provide the necessary care for displaced women and women with disabilities, hold the occupation accountable for the violations committed against them, and translate solidarity with Palestinian women into practical and tangible steps. ▪ We affirm that the struggle of Palestinian women is an inseparable part of the struggle of our people to end the occupation, achieve freedom and independence, self-determination, realize the right of return, and establish the independent Palestinian state. ▪ Palestinian women will remain a symbol of steadfastness and giving, and a partner in the march of liberation and the building of the future, مهما اشتدت المحن وتعاظمت التحديات.
