▪We mourn the two duty martyrs from the ranks of the Internal Security Service in the Central Governorate:
• First Sergeant Assistant Ahmad Hilmi Muhammad Saleh Ayesh (35 years old).
• Corporal Musab Issam Ruhi Aql (26 years old).
▪The two martyrs were killed during a security mission to apprehend one of the wanted men in the city of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza Strip this afternoon.
▪According to the initial investigation, the wanted man opened fire on the force with the assistance of others, which led to the martyrdom of two members and the injury of two others.
▪We have opened an investigation into the incident, and the competent agencies continue to take the necessary legal measures to reach the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
▪We stress that the perpetrators of the crime of opening fire on the security force will not escape punishment.
▪We affirm the continuation of our efforts to maintain the security situation and counter attempts by the occupation and its agents to spread chaos within society, مهما كانت the challenges.
