▪The report issued today by an independent international United Nations commission of inquiry, which documented the commission by the occupation forces of Israeli war crimes and crimes against humanity against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, and confirmed the continuation of the genocide war in Gaza, is new United Nations evidence of the scale of the crimes and horrific violations suffered by our people, and testimony to the continued impunity of the perpetrators, the Israeli war criminals.

▪The atrocities and systematic violations presented in the report, which are being carried out by the government of war criminal "Netanyahu" with the aim of displacing our people and erasing its presence from its land, express the overwhelming failure of the United Nations and the international community to fulfill their legal and moral responsibilities, and their failure to prevent the commission of these unprecedented crimes in modern history.

▪We call on the United Nations and the international community - all of its institutions and states - to work seriously to implement the recommendations of this report, foremost among them taking decisive measures to dismantle the fascist Israeli occupation and end it from our land, as well as filing legal cases before the competent international and national courts; to ensure accountability for the perpetrators of these atrocities against our people and its land.
