Hamas:

▪The head of the movement’s political bureau, Khalil al-Hayya, held a series of intensive contacts with the brothers mediators in light of the dangerous developments in the Gaza Strip and the escalation of Zionist targeting against the sons of our people, coinciding with the collapse of residential buildings damaged and weakened by the war and the resulting martyrs and injured. ▪The head of the movement sent messages to a number of sister and friendly countries warning of the worsening humanitarian risks with the approach of winter, amid the occupation’s prevention of the entry of heavy equipment necessary to remove rubble and secure buildings threatened with collapse, and the obstruction of the entry of caravans, shelter tents, and protection supplies from cold and rain, leaving tens of thousands in unsafe shelter conditions. ▪Al-Hayya stressed the seriousness of the escalation of targeting and assassinations in the Gaza Strip and the continuation of assaults and violations in the West Bank and Al-Aqsa Mosque, and affirmed that this undermines opportunities for calm and stability and represents—alongside the restrictions imposed on relief, recovery and reconstruction—an obstruction of the commitments contained in President Trump’s plan. ▪The head of the movement called on the mediators and the concerned parties to continue pressuring the occupation to abide by what was agreed upon, especially the requirements of the first phase, foremost among them stopping the targeting and assassinations and allowing the immediate and unrestricted entry of heavy equipment, rescue and shelter equipment, and all other needs necessary to face the winter. ▪The mediators confirmed during the contacts that they will continue their efforts to relieve the Gaza Strip and meet urgent humanitarian needs, and that their contacts with the relevant and influential parties will continue to push toward implementing the agreement and fulfilling its requirements.
