Gaza Ministry of Health:
▪ We warn of a humanitarian catastrophe threatening the health system in the sector after private health institutions were informed that fuel supplies to them would stop as of 19 September. ▪ The halt in fuel supplies threatens to disrupt services in 13 private health institutions that constitute a fundamental pillar of the system during the state of emergency. ▪ It has a serious and direct impact on the provision of health care services, especially vital and life-saving services. ▪ These institutions provide surgery, childbirth, and care for the wounded and injured who are continuously referred to them, which portends a humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip. ▪ We affirm that protecting and sustaining the work of these institutions is a right guaranteed under international laws and norms. ▪ We call on organizations and relevant bodies to intervene immediately and reverse the decision to avert further deterioration of the situation and protect the lives of patients and the injured.
Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas):
▪ The escalation of settler incursions and their rituals in Al-Aqsa Mosque is a dangerous attempt to change the existing historical and legal status quo and impose a new reality. ▪ We warn of the growing danger to Al-Aqsa Mosque with the Jewish holidays season and the exploitation by the occupation authorities and extremist "Temple" groups to mobilize large-scale incursions and perform Talmudic rituals openly under the protection of the occupation police and with political support from its government, in an attempt to bring about fundamental changes to the historical and legal status quo. ▪ Settler incursions and public and collective religious rituals in the mosque courtyards are an assault on its sanctity and an aggression against its holiness; what is happening is no longer sporadic incursions but a gradual course that began with expanding the incursions and increasing the numbers, and moved on to performing prayers, prostration, blowing the shofar, singing, dancing, reading religious texts, and bringing in sacrifices, reaching the participation of ministers and Knesset members and attempts to entrench public Jewish prayer and impose a new reality inside the mosque. ▪ This escalation is an extension of a course that has seen, over recent years, a continuous rise in the number of intruders and a qualitative expansion in the nature of the rituals and violations, which reveals the efforts of the "Temple" groups, under the patronage of the occupation government, to move from imposing incursions to imposing rituals and entrenching a new religious and political reality that targets the Islamic identity of Al-Aqsa Mosque and undermines the existing historical and legal status quo. ▪ We warn against exploiting the current holiday season to escalate these violations and tighten restrictions on the entry of worshippers and the removal of male and female sit-ins, which paves the way for larger incursions and more public and organized rituals. ▪ We affirm that Al-Aqsa Mosque, in its entire area of 144 dunams, is a purely Islamic mosque, and there is no legitimacy for the occupation or for its measures and attempts to impose a new fait accompli there. We hold the occupation government fully responsible for the consequences and repercussions of this aggression against our holy sites. ▪ Our Palestinian people, who have made sacrifices in defense of Al-Aqsa Mosque, its identity and its holy sites, will remain committed to their right to protect it and defend it, and the occupation must understand that the assault on Al-Aqsa and the violation of its standing and sanctity has always been a cause of the eruption of anger and popular uprisings. ▪ We call on our people, especially our people in Jerusalem and in the occupied interior, to intensify travel to Al-Aqsa Mosque and remain stationed there, to strengthen the Palestinian presence in Jerusalem and to confront strongly the plans of the occupation and its settlers. ▪ We call on the Arab and Islamic governments and peoples, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and the League of Arab States to activate their role and move urgently and effectively to protect Al-Aqsa Mosque and support the people of Jerusalem and Palestine. We also call on the international community and the United Nations to assume their responsibilities in stopping these violations and preventing the occupation from imposing new facts on Al-Aqsa.

Prisoners’ Media Office:
▪ Prison guards in Israeli prisons are assaulting Gaza prisoners by striking them on their genital organs in the "Rakevet" section at Ramla prison. ▪ Suppression forces move Gaza prisoners to rooms without cameras before assaulting them. ▪ The prisoners are beaten while their hands and feet are shackled and their eyes are blindfolded. ▪ Acts of suppression and torture against Gaza prisoners in "Rakevet" have become almost daily. ▪ We call on human rights and international institutions to intervene urgently to stop the torture of Gaza prisoners and hold those responsible accountable.

Director of Policies and Planning at the Ministry of Agriculture in Gaza, Bahaa Al-Agha:
▪ The war on the Gaza Strip has caused destruction across various aspects of life and economic sectors, especially the agricultural sector, which has been almost completely destroyed. ▪ About 87.6% of agricultural land in the Gaza Strip has been completely damaged, with extensive damage to soil, water wells, irrigation networks, and transmission lines. ▪ Different agricultural sectors, including livestock production and fish production, have suffered damage ranging between 85% and 90%. ▪ A report by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) stated that only about 3% of open agricultural land can be safely accessed and is undamaged, with an area of approximately 4,480 dunams. ▪ About 2,240 dunams of agricultural greenhouses can be safely accessed, representing nearly 16% of the total greenhouses. ▪ In general, the area of open agricultural land and greenhouses that can be safely accessed and cultivated does not exceed 4% of the total agricultural land in the Strip. ▪ More than 70% of agricultural land has become located within the areas controlled by the occupation, in what is known as the "yellow line". ▪ The occupation imposes a strict siege on agricultural production inputs and does not allow the entry of fertilizers, seeds, seedlings, and pesticides, which hinders the resumption of agricultural production in the Gaza Strip. ▪ The shortage of production inputs has led to rising prices of agricultural products, which have become highly dependent on imported materials and products, making them out of reach for a large segment of citizens. ▪ The autumn agricultural season is currently one of the most important seasons in the Gaza Strip because it depends on the rainy season, but the cultivated areas in it have not yet become clear. ▪ The previous season saw a cultivated area of only about 3,100 dunams despite the great need for agricultural production. ▪ Farmers are also facing the spread of agricultural pests, including the Tuta absoluta insect, which has damaged tomato crops amid the unavailability of the pesticides needed to combat it inside the Strip. ▪ The spread of this insect has caused significant losses to farmers and their crops. ▪ The continuation of the occupation's policies threatens to completely stop the agricultural production process amid wide-scale destruction that has affected various economic and productive sectors in the Gaza Strip.
