Palestinian Resistance Committees: The ongoing Zionist escalation in the Gaza Strip and the criminal shelling that targeted the Islamic University in Gaza City and led to the martyrdom of three of its guards constitute a new crime added to the bloody record of the occupation and once again reveal its disregard for the lives of our Palestinian people and its flouting of all agreements, understandings, and efforts aimed at consolidating the calm and stopping the aggression.

Palestinian Resistance Committees: ▪The ongoing Zionist escalation in the Gaza Strip and the criminal shelling that targeted the Islamic University in Gaza City and led to the martyrdom of three of its guards constitute a new crime added to the bloody record of the occupation and once again reveal its disregard for the lives of our Palestinian people and its flouting of all agreements, understandings, and efforts aimed at consolidating the calm and stopping the aggression. ▪The occupation's continued crimes and violations reflect its insistence on continuing the aggression and evading its obligations, benefiting from the absence of international accountability and scrutiny. ▪We hold the Zionist enemy and the so-called Peace Council fully responsible for this crime and its consequences, and we place the mediators and guarantor parties before their direct responsibilities to move urgently and seriously to compel it to stop its aggression, respect its commitments, and take practical steps that would prevent the continued attacks on our people, their property, and their civilian facilities. ▪We call on the free people of the world, free peoples, and human rights and humanitarian institutions to escalate peaceful popular, legal, and media actions and expose the occupation's crimes and exercise real international pressure to hold those responsible for them accountable. ▪The blood of our martyrs will not be passing numbers, and the rights of our Palestinian people will not fall through silence or neglect, and the occupation's ongoing crimes will not grant any legitimacy to its aggression.

Political Bureau member and head of the Jerusalem Affairs Office in the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, Harun Nasser al-Din:

▪ We warn of the danger of what the Zionist occupation has revealed about conducting an experiment at Al-Aqsa Mosque recently, regarding Jewish prayer in it, to measure the Arab, Islamic, or Palestinian reaction. ▪"The intensification of the occupation's attacks in Jerusalem and against the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the escalating attempts to Judaize it, require broad mobilization to protect it from the occupation's plans and its intention to impose Zionist sovereignty over it". ▪ The Zionist occupation does not stop its attempts to exploit the Jewish holidays, in order to impose more facts on the ground, and allow settlers to desecrate our blessed mosque and perform Talmudic rituals in it, which will not change the identity or sanctity of the mosque, and will not grant the occupation any alleged right over it. ▪ We affirm the necessity of serious Palestinian and Islamic action at the broadest levels, to stop the occupation's plans and thwart them and protect Al-Aqsa Mosque, calling on Jerusalemites, the people of the occupied Palestinian interior, and everyone who can reach Al-Aqsa to support it, defend it, and maintain the permanence of steadfastness and journeying to it.

Resistance Security:

▪ Resistance Security has managed to uncover a sabotage plan that the collaborating gangs, backed by the occupation, intend to carry out at Nasser Hospital in the city of Khan Younis in the south of the Gaza Strip. ▪ According to the sabotage plan, large groups of collaborating gangs in Rafah, Khan Younis and Deir al-Balah will participate in the broad attack on Nasser Hospital, with intelligence and air support from the occupation. ▪ Information held by Resistance Security confirms that the occupation supervised the training of elements of the collaborating gangs inside military bases, including training to carry out a scenario simulating a broad joint attack against civilian and vital centers in the Gaza Strip. ▪ Resistance Security has arrested a number of occupation collaborators tasked with forming and organizing "sleeping cells" in areas adjacent to vital centers in Khan Younis and Deir al-Balah, in preparation for participation in the sabotage plan. ▪ Resistance Security confirms that any attempt to target civilians and vital sites will be an uncalculated gamble, calling on citizens to immediately report any suspicious behavior or important information.

A source in the resistance security in Gaza to Al Araby TV:

▪ Information revealed a plot by the occupation and its agents to target Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis ▪ The plan includes an attack led by militias cooperating with the occupation against the hospital with air support ▪ The occupation supervised the training of militias to target civilian and vital centers

Press sources: Resistance security apprehends a number of collaborators, who were tasked with forming sleeper cells to support a anticipated attack on a hospital in Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip.

Hamas spokesman Hazem Qasem:

▪ The announcement by the Peace Council that it will not deal with UNRWA and that it will have no role is in full alignment with the Zionist position, which aims to liquidate UNRWA’s work, prevent it from providing relief to our Palestinian people, and eliminate the right of return. ▪ It is strange that the Peace Council is taking this hostile stance toward UNRWA at a time when the council is unable to provide relief to Gaza or compel the occupation to abide by the ceasefire agreement and stop the daily killing against our people in the Strip.

Palestinian Popular Committees for Refugees:

▪ We consider the statements issued by the Peace Council regarding the future of the «UNRWA» agency a highly dangerous development, and a clear adoption of the Israeli position that has for years sought to undermine the agency and end its existence and role, especially in the Gaza Strip. ▪ These positions dangerously align with the ongoing Israeli allegations and campaign against UNRWA, and pave the way to turning it from a UN institution with an international mandate into an entity whose existence and work are subjected to political and security conditions. ▪ Targeting UNRWA does not mean targeting an aid institution only; it affects one of the most prominent titles linked to the issue of Palestinian refugees, and attempts to marginalize or replace it represent an infringement on the status of this issue and the rights of refugees. ▪ The Peace Council’s statements move the council from its supposed role in consolidating peace and implementing agreed arrangements, to a direct party in one of the most sensitive files of the conflict, by intervening in the future of a UN agency established by a mandate from the United Nations General Assembly. ▪ We see in this position an American political cover, under the presidency of President Donald Trump of the council, to continue Israeli pressure on UNRWA, its institutions and its employees; which may put the safety of those working in it and the continuation of its services to millions of refugees at risk. ▪ The Peace Council does not have the authority to cancel or redefine UNRWA’s mandate; the agency derives its mandate from the United Nations General Assembly, and any attempt to impose alternatives to it or end its role constitutes an overreach of its UN reference and the powers granted to the council. ▪ We call on the United Nations and member states to take a clear position that protects UNRWA, its employees and its resources, and rejects turning humanitarian aid and the rights of Palestinian refugees into tools subject to political and security conditions.
