Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine: We mourn the martyrs Ashraf Dahlan, Shadi Abu Atiya and Sami Baroud, employees of the Islamic University security staff
Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine: ▪We mourn the martyrs Ashraf Dahlan, Shadi Abu Atiya and Sami Baroud, employees of the Islamic University security staff, who were killed while on duty, and extend our deepest condolences to their families, the university administration, and their female and male colleagues. ▪The Israeli occupation’s targeting of the university with two airstrikes, coinciding with the start of regular in-person classes, represents an attack on efforts toward social recovery in the Gaza Strip, the restoration of its educational and national institutions, and the resumption of the educational process. ▪We call on academic and educational institutions around the world to stand in solidarity with the universities of the Gaza Strip, which are facing a systematic Israeli targeting that affects educational institutions and the conditions for their continuity, as part of the comprehensive war of extermination on the Palestinian presence in the Strip. ▪We call on free people of the world to escalate solidarity action and pressure governments to take serious positions and measures that put an end to the occupation’s crimes, the war of extermination, and the plans of ethnic cleansing against the Palestinian people.
The young man Ismail Ibrahim Darwish Qandeel (30 years old) was killed, and others were injured in the shelling of a motorcycle next to Asdaa Prison, northwest of Khan Younis.
Ministry of Agriculture in Gaza:
▪ We strongly condemn the targeting by Israeli occupation forces of Palestinian fishermen and the shooting at them while they were carrying out their work off the coast of Gaza City at dawn on Monday, which resulted in the injury of three fishermen. ▪ We affirm that this attack constitutes a flagrant violation of the right of Palestinian fishermen to work and earn their livelihood, and adds to the series of ongoing attacks to which fishermen in the Gaza Strip are subjected amid extremely difficult humanitarian and living conditions. ▪ Targeting fishermen while they are carrying out their work at sea constitutes an attack on their livelihood and a direct threat to their lives and safety, and deepens their suffering at a time when the Strip is facing an unprecedented humanitarian and economic crisis. ▪ We call on the international community and human rights and humanitarian institutions to assume their responsibilities and work seriously and urgently to stop the attacks against Palestinian fishermen, ensure their protection, and enable them to carry out their work freely and safely in accordance with what is guaranteed by international laws and conventions.
UN High Commissioner for Human Rights:
▪ "Israel" killed more than 1,300 Palestinians in attacks on the Gaza Strip despite the ceasefire. ▪ I am horrified by the Israeli proposals to forcibly expel Palestinians from the Gaza Strip.
Injuries were reported following the targeting of a motorcycle in "al-Mukab Street" adjacent to Asdaa Prison in Mawasi Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip, and the injured were transported by ambulance crews.

Palestinian resistance factions:
▪ We are following with deep concern and strong condemnation the escalation of family disputes and what has accompanied some of them of gunfire, assaults, and terrorizing citizens, and the fall of victims. We strongly condemn these practices, which threaten the security of our people and the safety of its society and constitute a serious violation of Sharia, law, and national norms. ▪ The use of weapons in internal disputes, assaulting our people and the sons of our people and their property, and taking the law into one's own hands are rejected and condemned acts that must be stopped and their perpetrators held accountable. They cannot be justified under any family, tribal, or social title. Their continuation also threatens civil peace and drains our internal front in a highly dangerous situation. ▪ We categorically condemn and reject all forms of family fighting, gunfire, assault, terrorizing, and incitement, and we demand that they stop immediately. We affirm our rejection of using weapons to settle disputes or impose will on citizens. ▪ We call on the competent authorities to expedite, without any delay or stalling, the implementation of all final judicial rulings issued in accordance with legal procedures, including death sentences issued by the competent judiciary, and to enforce them with full firmness and without favoritism or exception, affirming the authority of the judiciary and the rule of law. ▪ We announce our full support for the Ministry of Interior and the Palestinian police in the Gaza Strip and affirm the necessity of them fully carrying out their duties in protecting citizens, maintaining order, and enforcing the law. ▪ We call on families, clans, notables, and reconciliation committees to assume their responsibilities immediately and work to stop disputes, prevent their escalation, and fully cooperate with the competent authorities. ▪ We affirm that tribal reconciliation supports the law and does not replace it, and it is not permissible to use it to obstruct justice or protect aggressors. ▪ We warn against rumors, incitement, and fueling tensions, and we reject every attempt to inflame strife or threaten civil peace. ▪ We call on our people to reject being dragged behind chaos, to submit to the law, and to preserve the unity and cohesion of society. ▪ The law is above all and there is no impunity, and safeguarding the security of our people and its unity is a national responsibility that tolerates no laxity.
