Gaza Ministry of Health:
▪ The occupation authorities today obstructed the departure of the scheduled batch of patients and wounded people who are in the greatest need of specialized and urgent medical care in the Arab Republic of Egypt, in a move that reflects blatant disregard for the humanitarian and health situation of the patients and wounded people in the Gaza Strip. ▪ This intransigence was reflected in reducing the number of cases that received official travel approvals from 136 patients and companions to only 72 patients and companions, and returning the remaining cases. ▪ Despite our protest against these harsh measures and the commencement of transferring the patients, we were once again surprised by a request to return 11 patients and companions, bringing the final number down to only 61 patients and companions, without regard for the suffering of these patients and their families. ▪ In light of the difficulty of the situation and to affirm our patients' right to treatment, the ministry decided: ▪ The departure of critical cases and those transported by ambulances only. ▪ The return of the remaining patients as a collective protest measure against these unjustified punitive policies. ▪ We affirm that this arbitrary measure constitutes a blatant violation of the right to treatment and exposes the lives of hundreds of cases to the risk of death as a result of the systematic denial of access to specialized hospitals in time. ▪ In the face of these inhumane practices, we call on the World Health Organization, the UN High Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs, and all active international institutions to intervene immediately and apply direct pressure on the occupation authorities to stop their arbitrary conditions and fully commit to facilitating the departure of all patients in accordance with what was stipulated in the Sharm el-Sheikh understandings in October last year. ▪ We stress the need to work with all available means to facilitate the departure procedures for all cases referred for treatment abroad within the upcoming batches, without subjecting them to any restrictions or exceptions.

Resistance Committees in Palestine:
▪ We condemn in the strongest terms the Moroccan-Zionist agreement to raise diplomatic representation to the level of embassies and exchange ambassadors, and we consider it a new fall into the abyss of normalization and alignment with the enemies of the nation and humanity. ▪ We see in this agreement a political reward for the Zionist enemy for its crimes and an extremely dangerous message that Palestinian blood can be shed, and that Gaza can be besieged and destroyed, and then normalization comes to give the criminal more legitimacy and support. Raising representation to the level of embassies is not a passing protocol measure, but an official deepening of relations with an entity that occupies the land of Palestine and commits the most heinous crimes against its people. ▪ We affirm that normalization cannot erase Palestine, embassies cannot grant the usurping entity legitimacy on our land, and agreements cannot erase the blood of the martyrs. Whoever opens the doors of his capital to the Zionist killers in the time of massacres must realize that history and peoples will not deal with this step as a passing diplomatic card, but as a political and moral position with its consequences and responsibility. ▪ We call on the brotherly Moroccan people, with their long history in supporting Palestine, to raise their voices and reject normalization and express by all means their position in defense of Palestine and Jerusalem and in rejection of turning the relations of the Zionist entity into something normal. Palestine is not an item in an agreement, Jerusalem is not a bargaining chip, and the blood of Gaza is not a bridge to entrench normalization relations. Shame and disgrace will continue to follow everyone who bargains over Palestine, and Palestine and Jerusalem will remain the title of the conflict and the compass of the free.
Vehicle Importers Syndicate in Gaza:
▪ We are following with grave concern the continued ban on the entry of engine oils, spare parts, batteries, tires, and essential vehicle supplies into the Gaza Strip, and the resulting serious repercussions that increase the scale of the humanitarian and economic catastrophe. ▪ Vehicles in the Gaza Strip are not a luxury but a vital lifeline and are relied upon by ambulances, patient transport, water and food transport means, in addition to the fleet of vehicles and trucks used in transporting and distributing food and humanitarian aid. ▪ The continued ban on the entry of these supplies leads to the breakdown of an increasing number of vehicles and threatens the ability of humanitarian institutions to carry out their tasks, raises transportation and maintenance costs, and increases the burden on citizens under the exceptional conditions the Strip is living through. ▪ We demand urgent and immediate intervention and permission to bring in oils, spare parts, batteries, tires, and all necessary vehicle supplies as essential needs for the continuation of life and humanitarian services. ▪ We affirm our readiness to cooperate with the competent authorities and international institutions to establish a clear and organized mechanism that ensures the entry of these materials and their arrival to the sectors in need. ▪ Disabling vehicles means disabling an essential part of life and relief in the Gaza Strip, and the continued ban on the supplies needed to operate them deepens the humanitarian suffering and hinders the arrival of aid to those entitled to it..
