Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor:
▪"Israel" uses Gaza relief coordination to protect the occupation and settlement. ▪Excluding Britain from the International Support Center for Gaza confirms its full submission to the occupation system and its political conditions. ▪Retaliatory measures against London included closing its consulate and preventing officials there from entering "Israel" in response to its ban on trade with settlements. ▪"Israel" previously prevented Spain and the Netherlands from participating as punishment for their positions rejecting settlement and Israeli policies. ▪Israeli control over the humanitarian aid coordination mechanism is used to blackmail states and subjugate the Palestinian people. ▪The occupying power is legally obliged to ensure essential supplies, and the establishment of the support center does not absolve it of its responsibilities. ▪The International Court of Justice affirmed the need to facilitate UN relief plans without invoking security and political considerations. ▪Israeli policy seeks to dismantle the independent relief system by restricting "UNRWA" and banning dozens of international organizations. ▪Unilateral conditions are reshaping humanitarian work in Gaza to become fully subject to Israeli control and the exclusion of independent actors. ▪The political exploitation of relief coordination with the intent to starve civilians entails individual criminal responsibility and constitutes an element of the crime of genocide. ▪States are called upon to act immediately and effectively to compel Israel to stop genocide, starvation crimes, and forced displacement. ▪The blockade imposed on Gaza must be lifted entirely, with relief coordination assigned exclusively to the United Nations and the UNRWA agency. ▪Comprehensive sanctions and an arms embargo are an imperative necessity to end the occupation and hold those responsible accountable before the International Criminal Court.

Gaza Ministry of Social Development:
▪ The occupation’s claim that hunger in Gaza has ended is a distortion of reality and a cover-up for the humanitarian catastrophe. ▪ The occupation bears responsibility for deepening the crisis because of the restrictions and failure to comply with bringing in 600 aid trucks daily. ▪ The presence of some food items in the markets does not mean the end of hunger or the availability of sufficient, varied and regular food. ▪ We call on relief institutions, especially the World Food Programme, to review the quality and quantities of aid and the mechanisms for its distribution. ▪ We stress the need to take into account the needs of children, women, the elderly, persons with disabilities and the most vulnerable groups. ▪ We call on the media and the international community to rely on field data and intensify efforts to ensure the delivery of varied and good aid to those entitled to it.
