Central Leadership of the Palestinian Forces Alliance:
▪ We strongly condemn the ongoing Zionist aggression against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, along with the accompanying killings, assassinations, targeting of civilians, destruction of homes and facilities, and the imposition of siege and starvation, despite the commitment of Palestinian resistance factions to the ceasefire agreement announced in Sharm el-Sheikh in October 2025, under the auspices of U.S. President Donald Trump and with the guarantee of mediators in Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey. It holds the occupation responsible for violating the agreement and undermining prospects for consolidating the ceasefire and ending the suffering of our people. ▪ We also condemn the daily Zionist attacks against our people and our land in the occupied West Bank, especially the crimes and assaults by hordes of terrorist settlers backed by the occupation army, the seizure of lands and property, the demolition of homes, and the imposition of settlement realities within the framework of a dangerous plan aimed at displacing our Palestinian people from their land and property and annexing the occupied West Bank to the Zionist entity. It affirms that these crimes will not undermine the steadfastness of our people or their attachment to their land and national rights. ▪ We warn of the danger of the continued attacks and violations against Al-Aqsa Mosque and strongly condemn the mass incursions carried out by hordes of settlers under the protection of the occupation army and police, and the accompanying attempts to impose a new status quo on the mosque and divide it temporally and spatially, in preparation for imposing full control over it and Judaizing it. ▪ We affirm that Al-Aqsa Mosque, with all its courtyards and prayer halls, is the exclusive right of Muslims, and that any violation of it or change to its historical and legal status constitutes an aggression against the entire Arab and Islamic nation. ▪ We strongly condemn the ongoing Zionist attacks and assaults on the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees "UNRWA" and its institutions and facilities, especially in occupied Jerusalem, the camps of the West Bank, and the Gaza Strip, and the targeting, destruction, and systematic assaults to which its facilities and employees are subjected. ▪ We affirm that these attacks come in the context of an integrated Zionist plan aimed at ending the role of "UNRWA", liquidating the Palestinian refugee issue, and erasing their right of return. ▪ "UNRWA" is not merely an agency for providing humanitarian services; it is a living international witness to the Palestinian refugee issue and the international community's responsibility for their suffering. Ending UNRWA or emptying it of its substance does not eliminate the refugee issue nor extinguish their right of return, which will remain a fixed right not subject to disposal or waiver. ▪ We discussed the Palestinian election file in all its political, legal, and national aspects, and affirmed our Palestinian people's right to elect their representatives in all our national institutions, foremost among them the Legislative Council, the Presidency of the Authority, and the National Council, freely, fairly, transparently, and democratically, in a way that guarantees the participation of all forces, factions, and national figures without exclusion or marginalization. ▪ We reject exclusion, unilateralism, the monopolization of popular representation, and the imposition of conditions and restrictions on the resistance factions and Palestinian political forces, just as we reject the use of elections to reproduce division or entrench political hegemony. ▪ We will support the formation of the broadest possible Palestinian national alliance to participate in the upcoming electoral entitlements, including the legislative and National Council elections, on the basis of a unifying national program and genuine partnership, in a way that ensures the representation of various forces, currents, and national figures and does not allow the exclusion of any Palestinian component, foremost among them the resistance forces. ▪ We affirm that elections are a means to renew legitimacy, unify institutions, and strengthen national partnership, not a means of exclusion, imposing a fait accompli, or reproducing unilateralism. ▪ We decided to form follow-up committees in the external arenas to defend our people's right to elect their representatives in the Palestinian National Council. ▪ We affirm our commitment to the full, fixed, and legitimate national rights of the Palestinian people, foremost among them their right to self-determination, to establish their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital, and the right of return for Palestinian refugees to their homes from which they were displaced, and the rejection of all schemes of settlement, displacement, annexation, and liquidation, and not to waive any of our national constants. ▪ We call on Arab and Islamic states and the international community, especially the mediators and parties sponsoring the ceasefire agreement, to assume their political, legal, and humanitarian responsibilities and to exert serious pressure on the government of the occupation to stop its aggression and crimes, compel it to respect the signed agreements and understandings, and stop settlement, displacement, and attacks on Islamic and Christian holy sites.
Palestinian Civil Society Organizations Coalition:
▪ We strongly condemn the security operation carried out by an Israeli occupation special force inside Gaza City, which, according to the Government Media Office in Gaza, was aimed at abducting one of the security officials before the force was exposed during the execution of its mission, followed by broad Israeli military intervention and the use of more than 10 warplanes in intense and fierce bombardment of the Katiba area west of Gaza City. ▪ We affirm our rejection and condemnation of this security operation and what it entails of a violation of sovereignty, an attack on the population, and an attempt to carry out an abduction operation inside an area populated by civilians, as it constitutes a dangerous escalation that threatens the lives of civilians in the Gaza Strip. ▪ According to the director of Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza, the strikes resulted in the martyrdom of three citizens, including two children and a woman, and the injury of eight others in an initial toll, while the Government Media Office indicated the killing of a number of members of the Israeli special force during the operation. ▪ We also condemn the intense air bombardment that came after the special force was exposed, which led to civilian casualties, and we affirm that the failure of the security operation or the exposure of the infiltrating force can in no way justify the use of firepower in a manner that exposes civilians to danger. ▪ We hold the Israeli occupation responsible for the operation and its repercussions, and we call on the international community, the United Nations, and the states parties to the Geneva Conventions to assume their responsibilities and work immediately to stop these operations and violations, ensure the protection of civilians, and hold accountable those responsible for grave violations of international humanitarian law. ▪ We call on the competent international bodies to open an independent and transparent investigation into the circumstances of the operation, including the abduction attempt and the bombardment that followed the exposure of the special force, and to document the resulting deaths, injuries, and damage among civilians, ensuring that those responsible for the violations do not escape accountability. ▪ We affirm that the protection of civilians must remain an absolute priority and that the continued carrying out of special operations inside populated areas, along with the accompanying widespread bombardment, represents a direct threat to the lives of residents and requires urgent and decisive international action.
