Palestinian resistance factions on the third annual anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Flood battle

▪We recall this pivotal milestone and the transformations it brought, which returned the Palestinian cause to the forefront of international attention, after three years of a war of extermination that left thousands of martyrs (killed), injured people, missing persons, displaced people, and widespread destruction in Gaza. ▪The stage calls for ending the war, rejecting displacement, protecting our people, ensuring the arrival of aid and reconstruction, and addressing the roots of the conflict in a way that guarantees its national rights. ▪October 7 exposed major failures in the Zionist security, intelligence, and military capabilities system, and the past three years have shown that strength and technological superiority alone do not settle conflicts. ▪We remember the leaders and martyrs (killed) of our people, foremost among them Ismail Haniyeh, Yahya Sinwar, Mohammad al-Deif, Marwan Issa, Abdul Aziz al-Minawi, Raafat Abu Hilal, Khaled Abu Hilal, Asaad Abu Sharia, and all the martyrs (killed), affirming that their sacrifices will remain present in the national memory. ▪We salute the resistance factions and the peoples who supported Gaza, foremost among them the Lebanese, Yemeni, and Iraqi resistance and the Islamic Republic of Iran, and we remember the pure martyrs (killed) of our الأمة, foremost among them Sayyed Ali Khamenei, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Sayyed Hashem Safieddine, Hajj Ramadan, Ahmad al-Rahwi, Mohammad al-Ghamari, Abu Baqr al-Saadi, Abu Taqwa al-Saeedi, and all the martyrs (killed) of the الأمة. ▪The past three years witnessed an expansion in global popular and rights-based mobilization and a growing international presence of the Palestinian cause, alongside rapid regional shifts, which calls for a responsible reading of this stage. ▪Protecting the national project requires ending division and reorganizing the Palestinian house through a comprehensive national dialogue based on partnership and respect for the diversity of components of the arena, while preserving the role of all forces and factions. ▪We stress that the unity of the ranks and the Palestinian decision is a necessity to protect national rights, and to block attempts to liquidate the cause and impose a new reality on our people and our land.

Economic affairs specialist Ahmed Abu Qamar: Gaza’s economy before the war was already suffering from the blockade, unemployment and weak production, but it still had a market and operating production facilities

Economic affairs specialist Ahmed Abu Qamar: ▪Gaza’s economy before the war was already suffering from the blockade, unemployment and weak production, but it still had a market and operating production facilities, even if under very severe restrictions. After three years of the war of extermination, the nature of the crisis changed with the loss of a large part of the capacity for production, operation and income generation. ▪Before the war, trade accounted for about 56% of economic establishments, and about 45.5% of the workforce worked in it, with unemployment reaching 45% in the third quarter of 2023, while poverty exceeded 63%. After three years, 92% of economic establishments were destroyed or damaged, real GDP shrank by about 83% during 2024, and per capita GDP fell to $212 in 2025, or about 58 cents per day and only 17% of its 2022 level. ▪As for the labor market, unemployment rose from 45% before the war to about 80% in 2026, and in the productive sectors agricultural and industrial production fell by about 94% each, while construction activity declined 99% compared to 2022. ▪The problem was not limited to production. In September 2026, prices were about 207% higher than pre-October 2023 levels, while total consumption in Gaza fell 81% during 2025 compared with 2023. In food security, more than 1.2 million people, or 59% of the population, faced crisis or worse levels between April and June 2026, with the number expected to rise to more than 1.4 million, or 67%, by the end of this year. ▪For this reason, the comparison between Gaza before the war and after three years reveals a transformation deeper than a decline in output. We are talking about an economy that was working despite the blockade, moving to an economy that has lost a large part of its basic tools for generating income and job opportunities.

Hizb Allah: Three years have passed since Al-Aqsa Flood, which shook the world on 7 October 2023

Hizb Allah: ▪Three years have passed since Al-Aqsa Flood, which shook the world on 7 October 2023, and reminded the world of the Palestine issue and the efforts of forces seeking to suffocate it in the cave of oblivion and the labyrinths of compromise. ▪Those who understand the reasons for the flood see it as a courageous, justified and legitimate act of resistance, in light of the injustice and erasure threatening Palestine and its people, and affirm that Al-Aqsa Flood is a shock whose results are measured by values and laws, not by force alone. ▪Despite demonstrations around the world in solidarity with human values and Palestinian rights, the capitals of the West were filled with marches against genocide and crimes, while the region surrounding Palestine unsettled the normalization axis that regimes seek to promote with the support of the Zionist entity and its international backers. ▪Three years have passed since Al-Aqsa Flood, and news and images about Zionist and American brutality and their Western alliances have multiplied, while the confrontation over Gaza and its future has not been settled in favor of the enemy and its supporters, and the narrative of cautious objectors has not prevailed despite the elegies over destruction and losses. ▪And despite this brutality and genocide, the enemy has not been able to end Hamas and the resistance factions or the people of Gaza, and neither peace nor a sustained truce has been achieved, and the situation remains open to developments that go beyond the Strip to the region and expose the lies of the international system. ▪Three years have passed, and the roaring wave continues to threaten tyrants with drowning despite the tactical gains they have achieved, which will remain incapable of turning into a strategic situation in their favor. ▪Al-Aqsa Flood has revealed the greatness of the Palestinian people and the steadfastness of their will, stripped away the true face of the Israeli entity and the American enemy and the forces of arrogance, and exposed those who faltered and remained silent in the face of the crimes. ▪We believe in the justice of the cause of Palestine and support its resistant and oppressed people, and condemn the Zionist genocide and the falsity of the international community's claims. ▪We hold the American administration and Western countries responsible for their silence over condemning the crimes of the occupation. ▪And we call on the peoples of the world to rise to protect human rights, safeguard justice, and prevent the powerful from controlling international law and its applications. ▪We ask God to accept from the leaders, fighters and martyrs (killed) in Hamas, Islamic Jihad and all the resistance factions their sacrifices, and to help our people in Gaza, the West Bank and all of Palestine to remain patient and united in stance to thwart the goals of the project targeting the cause of Palestine and its people. ▪Conditions are not immutable fate, for the will of peoples, when the elements of change are employed, remains capable of shaping the present and building the future.
