Al-Aqsa Mosque will remain a witness to the Arab identity and Islam of Jerusalem, and to our Palestinian people’s adherence to its right to its land and holy sites. ▪In the face of this dangerous escalation, we call on the sons of our people to make their way to and remain in Al-Aqsa Mosque, and to intensify their presence there, in defense of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa and to protect it from attempts to change its reality and identity. ▪We also call on the masses of our Arab and Islamic nation to assume their responsibilities toward Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque, and to move to confront attempts to impose new facts on the Islamic holy sites.
