The National Gathering of Palestinian Tribes, Clans, and Families:
▪ We hold the Peace Council and its head, U.S. President Donald Trump, fully responsible for the continuation of the tragedy in the Gaza Strip, amid the ongoing aggression and the absence of any serious move to stop the worsening humanitarian catastrophe. ▪ The horrific massacre that Gaza woke up to this morning following the collapse of the Al Saada building reveals the scale of the danger threatening thousands of families who were forced by war and destruction to live inside damaged and collapsing buildings. ▪ The continuation of the war, the obstruction of reconstruction, and the leaving of thousands of cracked buildings and rubble spread across different areas of the Strip, represents the continuation of the war crime and slow killing against our Palestinian people. ▪ The Peace Council, through its silence and inability to stop the bloodshed in Gaza, is practically turning into a witness to the tragedy instead of a tool to end it, and turning it into a war council against our people. ▪ We call on Arab tribes and clans and the masses of our Arab nation to make next Friday a day of anger and full solidarity with the Palestinian people and the victims of Gaza, and to raise their voices in rejection of the continuation of killing, blockade, and destruction. ▪ We call on the United Nations, Arab states, mediators, and guarantor parties to move urgently to stop the war, and to immediately begin reconstruction operations, remove the rubble, and secure safe housing for Palestinian families. ▪ We warn of a harsh and painful winter that threatens the lives of thousands of families, amid the presence of about 1500 buildings and housing units that are on the verge of collapse and inside which tens of thousands of citizens live. ▪ From the heart of Gaza, we launch a unifying tribal cry: Stop the slow killing in Gaza, and remove the temporary death bombs left by the war in the cracked buildings and rubble before they turn every night into a new tragedy.
Gaza Ministry of Health:
▪The total number of martyrs and injured who were recovered following the collapse of Al-Saada building in Gaza City at dawn today, Wednesday. ▪Number of martyrs: 21 martyrs ▪Classification by age group: 12 children, 5 women, 2 men, and 2 elderly people ▪Number of injuries: 14 injuries
Prisoners’ Media Office:
▪The prisoners’ family mourns prisoner Mu’taz Nizam al-Atresh "Abu Sinina" from the city of Hebron, who died in the occupation prisons after about a year of administrative detention, in a new crime added to the record of ongoing violations against Palestinian prisoners. ▪The martyrdom of prisoner al-Atresh once again reflects the severity of the conditions faced by prisoners inside the occupation prisons, with systematic policies that include repression, abuse, starvation, deprivation and medical neglect, directly threatening their lives and safety. ▪With the martyrdom of al-Atresh, the number of documented martyrs of the prisoners’ movement since 1967 rises to 329 martyrs, including 92 martyrs since 7 October 2023, while the occupation continues to hold the bodies of dozens of martyrs and withhold information about the circumstances of the martyrdom of others, especially among detainees from the Gaza Strip. ▪We hold the occupation fully responsible for the martyrdom of prisoner al-Atresh and for the life and fate of thousands of Palestinian prisoners held in its prisons, and we call on international and human rights institutions to assume their responsibilities and move urgently to protect prisoners and stop the crimes and violations committed against them. ▪We demand the immediate disclosure of the circumstances of prisoner al-Atresh’s detention and the details of his martyrdom, and the opening of an independent international investigation into the crime and holding those responsible accountable. We affirm that his martyrdom after about a year of administrative detention once again reveals the danger of this arbitrary policy.
Ministry of Interior and National Security:
▪ The collapse of the "Al-Saada" building on the heads of its residents raises concerns about the existence of hundreds of buildings at risk of collapse amid the absence of housing alternatives ▪ Upon receiving a report of the collapse of the "Al-Saada" building in the Al-Sina'a area in Al-Sabra neighborhood in Gaza at dawn today, Civil Defense and medical services teams, with police support, rushed to rescue those trapped under the rubble, and the number of those trapped is estimated at about 100 people ▪ Civil Defense continued to recover the bodies of 21 martyrs from under the rubble during more than 15 continuous hours of work, including 12 children and 5 women, in addition to rescuing 45 citizens, including 14 injured who were transferred to hospitals for treatment, while others survived ▪ In light of this humanitarian disaster, the Ministry of Interior and National Security affirms the following: — We extend our condolences to the people of our Palestinian nation and the families of the victims and the bereaved because of this humanitarian disaster, and we offer condolences to the souls of the martyrs who perished under the rubble of the "Al-Saada" building. — This tragedy sounds the alarm before the international community and the concerned parties that hundreds of homes and buildings in the Gaza Strip are at risk of collapse and may fall at any moment, in light of the lack of options for residents and displaced persons and the occupation's ban on bringing in temporary housing and the destruction of tents, especially with the approach of winter and the high risks it brings of wind and rain. — We call on international parties, mediators and guarantors of the ceasefire agreement to work immediately to urgently bring in temporary housing, in order to address this disaster and provide shelter alternatives for hundreds of thousands who live in worn-out tents and damaged homes at risk of collapse at any moment, and who lack the minimum requirements for safe housing. — We call on all concerned parties to provide the Civil Defense apparatus with the necessary capabilities so that it can perform its duty in dealing with the effects of this disaster and others, as the teams faced great difficulties due to the scarcity of equipment and capabilities, and a number of lives could have been saved if those supplies had been available. There are also thousands of martyrs who remain under the rubble of destroyed buildings during the war, awaiting the recovery of their bodies and remains. — The occupation continues the crime of genocide against the people of the Gaza Strip, without complying with any of the provisions of the ceasefire agreement, as the daily cycle of killing, assassinations, gunfire and artillery shelling continues on a daily basis, in addition to the occupation's evasion of its obligations and its prevention of the entry of relief and humanitarian materials, reconstruction and building materials, medical supplies and all means of life, amid the silence of all parties in the face of this ongoing genocide. — The continued silence over this tragedy, and the passage of months and years over the displaced without providing suitable housing or beginning the removal of rubble in preparation for reconstruction, constitutes a humanitarian crime that requires urgent action to end this catastrophic reality. — We salute the efforts of the field men from the Civil Defense teams, the Medical Services Directorate and the General Directorate of Police, who worked for long hours with all their energies and the available resources at their disposal, to reduce the scale of the disaster and its losses, rescue a number of citizens alive, and recover the bodies of the victims. — We extend our deepest thanks to the various government bodies and local and international institutions that rushed to support Civil Defense teams in recovery and rescue missions from the first moments of the incident, foremost among them Gaza Municipality, the Ministry of Public Works, the Egyptian Committee, the International Committee of the Red Cross, OCHA and the United Nations Development Programme UNDP. — We affirm that the Ministry of Interior and National Security and its various agencies continue to carry out their duty and work with all the capabilities and resources they have, despite their scarcity, in order to provide services to citizens and assist them in these catastrophic conditions.

Guterres:
▪It is clear that "Israel" does not accept the implementation of the current peace plan while the strikes in Gaza and the serious threats to the civilian population there continue ▪The Peace Council does not constitute an alternative to the United Nations in Gaza, and there are a number of activities led by the organization in the sector despite the obstacles facing it
