Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine: We mourn the martyrs Ashraf Dahlan, Shadi Abu Atiya and Sami Baroud, employees of the Islamic University security staff
Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine: ▪We mourn the martyrs Ashraf Dahlan, Shadi Abu Atiya and Sami Baroud, employees of the Islamic University security staff, who were killed while on duty, and extend our deepest condolences to their families, the university administration, and their female and male colleagues. ▪The Israeli occupation’s targeting of the university with two airstrikes, coinciding with the start of regular in-person classes, represents an attack on efforts toward social recovery in the Gaza Strip, the restoration of its educational and national institutions, and the resumption of the educational process. ▪We call on academic and educational institutions around the world to stand in solidarity with the universities of the Gaza Strip, which are facing a systematic Israeli targeting that affects educational institutions and the conditions for their continuity, as part of the comprehensive war of extermination on the Palestinian presence in the Strip. ▪We call on free people of the world to escalate solidarity action and pressure governments to take serious positions and measures that put an end to the occupation’s crimes, the war of extermination, and the plans of ethnic cleansing against the Palestinian people.

Ben-Gvir: Rebuilding Gaza will cost 71 billion dollars, and whoever thinks it will be rebuilt is deluded
Jerusalem Post: This is the security plan of Eizenkot if he wins the election and forms an Israeli government.
Eizenkot wants to maintain some kind of broad security zones in Gaza, Lebanon and Syria, similar to Netanyahu and former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, but at the same time he has a set of his own ideas to improve Israel's security and diplomatic situation If Netanyahu's government uses the issue of Hamas being fully disarmed as a precondition for rebuilding Gaza, Eizenkot is ready, according to the newspaper, to accept the spirit of the American agreement that allows partial disarmament to lead to partial reconstruction measures. Eizenkot believes that this will deprive Hamas of the excuses, which he says Netanyahu provides it, to refuse cooperation.

Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qassem:
▪ The escalation of statements by ministers in the occupation government regarding the continued adoption of plans to displace the Palestinian people from the Gaza Strip represents a highly dangerous development, and reveals that the occupation has not abandoned this plan, and is seeking to relaunch and promote it in a way that serves its political and electoral calculations. ▪ These statements explain the occupation’s continued war on the Gaza Strip, the tightening of the siege, policies of starvation and thirst, obstructing reconstruction, and preventing the entry of materials and supplies necessary for the health sector, in an attempt to impose a harsh humanitarian and living reality that pushes toward implementing displacement plans. ▪ We call on Arab and Islamic states to take serious and unified action to confront these plans and to adopt effective positions and measures to foil them, and we affirm that they pose a direct threat to the Palestinian cause and to Arab and Islamic national security. ▪ We affirm that a unified and firm Arab and Islamic position is capable of blocking the occupation’s plans and the displacement of the Palestinian people from their land.

Palestinian Al-Ahrar Movement:
▪ We denounce the occupation’s continued attacks against civilians in the Gaza Strip, and its deliberate attempts to undermine security and stability and spread a state of lawlessness and chaos in a way that threatens citizens’ lives and deepens their suffering amid a suspicious international silence and a clear inability to provide the protection guaranteed by international law for civilians. ▪ We ask: Where is the so-called Peace Council from protecting civilians in Gaza? And where is its role in stopping the occupation’s violations and its client militias and holding it accountable for its crimes? The continued targeting of civilians, terrorizing residents, and striking the foundations of security and stability cannot pass before the international community as if it were a passing matter. ▪ The silence of the Peace Council and the international community in the face of these violations is no longer merely a failure or a neutral position; it has become a political cover for the occupation and gives it a sense of impunity, opening the way for it to continue its crimes, escalate its attacks, and pursue its attempts to spread chaos inside the Gaza Strip. ▪ We affirm that the occupation bears direct responsibility for its crimes and violations, and that the Peace Council and the international community bear political, moral and legal responsibility for their continuation as a result of their silence and inability to take deterrent and effective measures. ▪ We affirm that peace is not achieved by silence over aggression, nor by protecting the aggressor from accountability, nor by leaving civilians prey to chaos and killing. From here, the continuation of this silence effectively turns the council from a peace council into a war council by its silence and sends a dangerous message to the occupation to continue its crimes against our people
